Common questions

Is my church's data isolated?

Yes. Every church's documents, questions, and members are scoped to that church and enforced at the database level. Your documents are never shared with, or visible to, any other church.

Can volunteers use it?

Yes - that's the point. Your church admin approves who joins and sets each person's answer level, so volunteers get practical, appropriately-pitched guidance while governance sees the full detail.

What about safeguarding?

Questions touching care and protection or health and safety are flagged to your leadership team for human review. Good Church supports your safeguarding practice - it never replaces the judgement and responsibility of your people.
